研究了缝合工艺对高硅氧/有机硅复合材料弯曲性能的影响。室温下,2种工艺制备的复合材料弯曲性能几乎没有差别,500℃处理10 min后,缝合工艺制备的复合材料性能明显高于无缝合工艺的复合材料,而700℃处理10 min后,缝合工艺制备的复合材料性能不如无缝合工艺的复合材料。结果表明,500℃以下,缝合工艺有效地防止层合板的分层破坏,而当温度达到700℃,随着缝合线(PBO纤维)的分解,造成了复合材料性能更加劣化。
The effect of suture process on the flexural properties of high silicon / silicone composites was studied. At room temperature, the flexural properties of the composites prepared by the two kinds of processes are almost the same. After 500 min of 10 min treatment, the properties of the composites prepared by the suture process are significantly higher than those of the non-suture process. After 700 min at 700 ° C, The performance of the prepared composite material is better than that of the non-woven composite material. The results show that the suture process can effectively prevent the delamination of the laminate when the temperature is below 500 ℃. When the temperature reaches 700 ℃, the composite material deteriorates with the decomposition of the suture (PBO fiber).
