本文根据闪光焊工艺特点和接头的断裂规律,分析了链条闪光焊接头的组织脆化问题。采用断口金相技术证实了接头组织不同,对应的断裂类型亦不同。接头发生组织脆化后,韧性降低,抗弯挠度值下降,导致接头过早断裂。本文在分析闪光焊对接接头组织脆化机理的基础上,提出了消除脆断的工艺方法与热处理工艺。
According to the characteristics of flash welding process and the breaking rules of the joints, the paper analyzes the problem of the organization embrittlement of the chain flash welded joints. The use of fracture metallography confirmed that the joint organization is different, the corresponding fracture type is also different. After the joint embrittlement occurred, the toughness decreased, the bending deflection value decreased, leading to premature fracture joints. Based on the analysis of the microstructure embrittlement mechanism of flash butt joint, this paper proposed a method and heat treatment technology to eliminate brittle fracture.
