本文用电镜观察和对同位素标记物漏出检测的方法,研究了一定浓度的H_2O_2对C。albicans超微结构及其通透屏障的影响。电镜观察到经H_2O_2处理的C.albicans超微结构及表面形态发生改变,并伴有内容物漏出的征象。漏出物dpm值检测进一步证明,H_2O_2可引起C.albicansDNA漏出,且DNA漏出的量与细胞存活数间呈负相关,提示H_2O_2对C.albicans通透屏障的破坏,造成其内DNA漏出是细胞致死的重要原因之一。
In this paper, electron microscopy and isotope label leakage detection method, a certain concentration of H_2O_2 pairs of C. Effects of albicans ultrastructure and its permeability barrier. Electron microscopy showed that ultrastructure and morphology of C.albicans treated with H 2 O 2 changed with the appearance of leakage of contents. Leakage dpm value test further proved that, H_2O_2 can cause C. albicans DNA leakage, and the amount of DNA leakage and cell survival was negatively correlated, suggesting H_2O_2 on C.albicans permeability barrier damage, resulting in DNA leakage within the cell death One of the important reasons.
