对曲张的精索静脉采用Seldinger方法行鱼肝油酸钠栓塞13例,成功11例。免除了手术痛苦,术后10～24个月复查无复发。文章讨论了几种栓塞材料的优缺点及栓塞与手术法进行了比较。
In the varicocele, Seldinger method was used to treat 13 cases of sodium morboten, which was successful in 11 cases. Eliminate the pain of surgery, 10 to 24 months after the review no recurrence. The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of several embolic materials and embolization and surgery were compared.
