本文对合成均匀大晶粒ZSM-5沸石(20×40μ)的影响因素进行了探讨,并对照小晶粒ZSM-5沸石(<5μ)的物化性质以及甲苯歧化、丙烯芳烃化和乙烯转化反应进行了对比考察。发现添加Sb_2O_3改性后的大品粒ZSM-5沸石较小晶粒ZSM-5沸石有优越的择形选择性和稳定性。根据两种晶粒沸石对同类物质的吸附容量以及Sb_2O_3和沸石间的互相作用的差异,对上述反应性能进行了初步阐明。
In this paper, the factors influencing the synthesis of large uniform sized ZSM-5 zeolite (20 × 40μ) were discussed. The physicochemical properties of ZSM-5 zeolite (<5μ) as well as the effects of toluene disproportionation, propylene aromatics and ethylene conversion Conducted a comparative study. It is found that ZSM-5 zeolite with Sb2O3-modified ZSM-5 zeolite has better shape selectivity and stability than ZSM-5 zeolite. According to the adsorption capacity of the two kinds of crystal zeolites to the same kind of material and the difference between the Sb 2 O 3 and the zeolite, the above reaction properties were preliminarily clarified.
