For China’s food and food industry, the United States is an attractive and huge market, but at the same time it is an insurmountable trade barrier. Entering the U.S. market is the key to Chinese food opening the door to the international market, and it is one of the signs that has received international recognition. However, rigorous safety and health standards of the FDA require that anti-dumping sticks that are constantly on the move, as well as difficult to operate highly liberalized markets, make it difficult for Chinese food companies to make a difference in the US market. Entry into the Customs gives China an opportunity to allow Chinese food companies to further understand the characteristics of the US market, which will undoubtedly promote the smooth flow of food to the United States. To this end, at the end of the century after the snow, the journalist interviewed Mr. Du Weilun, the Commercial Counselor and Minister of the United States Embassy in Beijing.
