目前,碳纤维加固已成为应用较普遍的施工工艺,尤其是用于楼板的加固比较常见。由于加固采用的建筑结构胶固化后其表面较光滑,粘结性能较差,对下一道工序的施工会产生不利影响,如果不对混凝土、碳纤维进行界面处理就会导致顶板装饰层大面积脱落,危及人身安全。从避免人身伤害和减少财产损失的角度出发,需增加一道工序,对加固完毕的碳纤维进行界面喷砂处理,提高碳纤维与顶板装饰层的粘结强度,以有效避免顶板装饰层大面积脱落。
