目的 探讨中国人缺血性脑卒中与细胞间粘附分子 1(IntercellularAdhesionMolecule 1,ICAM 1)基因Gly 2 14Arg多态性之间的关系。方法 利用PCR技术和分子杂交技术对北京地区 2 94例缺血性脑卒中患者进行ICAM 1基因Gly2 14Arg多态性的检测和分析 ,并与 2 79例北京地区的非卒中对照进行比较。 结果 缺血性脑卒中患者ICAM 1基因Gly2 14Arg多态性的基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组相比无明显差异。结论 ICAM 1基因Gly 2 14Arg多态性可能不是中国人群缺血性脑卒中发病的遗传学危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Chinese ischemic stroke and Gly 2 14A rg polymorphism of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) gene in Chinese. Methods PCR and molecular hybridization techniques were used to detect and analyze the Gly2 14A rg polymorphism of ICAM1 gene in 2 94 ischemic stroke patients in Beijing and compared with non-stroke control of 2 79 Beijing patients. Results There was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency of Gly2 14A rg polymorphism in ICAM1 gene in patients with ischemic stroke. Conclusion ICAM1 gene Gly2 14Arg polymorphism may not be a genetic risk factor for ischemic stroke in Chinese population.
