子宫肌瘤灰阶超声图像与病理组织结构的对照分析

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤的灰阶超声图像与病理组织学的关系。 方法 对70例子宫肌瘤的灰阶超声图像进行分类,综合分析其病理的组织表现之间的关系。 结果 子宫肌瘤灰阶超声图像可以分为三类,与其病理组织中平滑肌细胞、纤维结缔组织细胞的多少、排列等密切关系。 结论 根据超声图像特征可以推断子宫肌瘤的病理变化。
