在Y12型飞机地面开车的时候,从慢车加速到大功率时,偶尔发动机的声音由尖哨转变为低沉;发动机的振动加大;转速不稳定,推力突然下降并且有大幅度的波动;发动机的排气温度升高;严重时会发生放炮偶尔会听到些异常声。这就是所谓的发动机发生了喘振。而对于涡轮螺旋桨发动机来说,喘振在压气机工作中危害很大,对于工作人员有些原理,发生原因不很清楚,解决办法也很棘手。本文对Y12型飞机压气机结构工作原理喘振原理加以分析说明。对工作中出现的故障从理论角度加以解释,从而使解决这方面问题有所借鉴。
