选用可见分光光谱法测定西兰花中铁含量,测定仪器的各项指标参数值,测试结果同原子吸收光谱法测定值相比较,再将可见分光光谱法使用的各项参数进一步调整,直至两种方法的测试结果最接近,即定为最佳测定条件。结果表明,可见分光光谱法测定西兰花中铁含量的最佳条件为:波长值为510 nm,酸碱度5.5,显色时间10 min,显色剂量在2 ml。原子吸收光谱法测定结果 =0.771μg/ml,可见分光光度法测定结果 =0.7668μg/ml。
The contents of iron in broccoli were determined by visible spectrophotometry. The parameters of each index were determined. The results were compared with the values determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Then, the parameters used in visible spectrophotometry were further adjusted until two methods The closest test results, that is, as the best test conditions.
