目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮对环磷酰胺所致小鼠生精障碍的治疗作用。方法:腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠生精障碍模型,检测小鼠的睾丸及附睾重量、精子密度、活率,流式细胞术分析睾丸生精细胞周期,光、电镜观察睾丸组织学和超微结构的变化。结果:淫羊藿总黄酮能够显著增加模型小鼠的睾丸、附睾重量,提高精子密度、精子活率,恢复各级生精细胞百分比;并能改善环磷酰胺所致模型小鼠睾丸组织的病理性损害。结论:淫羊藿总黄酮可以显著改善环磷酰胺致生精障碍小鼠生殖功能。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Epimedium Flavanoids on spermatogenic disorders induced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Methods: The mouse model of spermatogenesis was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. The weight of testis and epididymis, sperm density and viability of mice were detected. The spermatogenic cell cycle of testis was analyzed by flow cytometry. Microstructure changes. Results: Epimedium flavonoids could significantly increase the weight of testis and epididymis in model mice, increase sperm density, sperm motility, restore the percentage of spermatogenic cells at all levels, and improve the pathological changes of testis in cyclophosphamide-induced model mice Sexual damage. Conclusion: Epimedium Flavonoids can significantly improve the reproductive function of mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
