目的:对比激光与液氮冷冻治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法:将脂溢性角化病128例随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,观察组采用调Q开关激光,波长532nm,脉冲频率1～5Hz,光斑直径2～3mm,根据患者年龄、部位、皮损厚度调能量密度1.0～4.3J对皮损均匀照射;对照组采用液氮冷冻治疗,治疗1个月后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后对照组痊愈率为53.1%,色沉率30.2%,观察组痊愈率85.6%,色沉率5.0%,两组比较,差异均非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:采用激光治疗脂溢性角化病,一次性治愈率高,色沉发生率低,具有较好的美容效果。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of laser and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis. Methods: 128 cases of seborrheic keratosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 64 cases. The observation group used Q-switched laser, wavelength 532nm, pulse frequency 1 ~ 5Hz, spot diameter of 2 ~ 3mm, according to the patient’s age, The thickness of the lesions was adjusted to the energy density of 1.0 to 4.3 J for uniform irradiation of the skin lesions; the control group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. After 1 month of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment, the cure rate in the control group was 53.1%, the color deposition rate was 30.2%, the cure rate in the observation group was 85.6%, and the color sedimentation rate was 5.0%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: The laser treatment of seborrheic keratosis has a high rate of one-time cure and low incidence of color sedimentation, and has a good cosmetic effect.
