目的:筛选出蚯蚓蛋白烧烫伤喷雾剂最佳处方。方法:采用五因素三水平的响应曲面设计,以蚯蚓蛋白(EFP)对NIH3T3细胞增殖率为主要指标,考察处方中不同组分之间的相互影响,优化处方。结果:蚯蚓蛋白烧烫伤喷雾剂最佳处方组成为:EFP含量0.91%,甘油含量1.42%,甘露醇含量5%,0.02 mol/L Na2HPO4和0.01 mol/L柠檬酸缓冲体系对应的pH值为7.0,尼泊金乙酯含量0.01%。结论:基于响应曲面法筛选出的蚯蚓蛋白烧烫伤喷雾剂效果良好,且方法可靠,较为简便。
Objective: Screening out the best prescription of earthworm protein burning scald spray. Methods: The response surface design of five factors and three levels was used. The proliferation rate of NIH3T3 cells was treated with earthworm protein (EFP) as the main index. The interaction between different components in the prescription was investigated and the prescription was optimized. Results: The optimal formulation of earthworm protein scald spray was: EFP content of 0.91%, glycerol content of 1.42%, mannitol content of 5%, 0.02 mol / L Na2HPO4 and 0.01 mol / L citric acid buffer system corresponding to a pH value of 7.0 , Ethyl paraben 0.01%. CONCLUSION: The earthworm protein scald spray which screened out based on the response surface method has a good effect and the method is reliable and simple.
