目的探讨消瘤丸对荷瘤小鼠的非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫作用。方法利用碳粒廓清试验、二硝基氟苯法和血清溶血素法,观察消瘤丸对荷瘤小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型变态反应和抗体产生的作用。结果消瘤丸灌胃给药,每日1次,连续2周,10g/kg组荷瘤小鼠碳末吞噬指数显著升高(P<0.05);5和10g/kg组荷瘤小鼠迟发型变态反应增强(P<0.01),半数溶血素明显升高(P<0.05)。结论消瘤丸可增强小鼠的非特异性免疫、细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。
Objective To explore the non-specific immunity, humoral and cellular immunity effects of Xiaoyu pill on tumor-bearing mice. Methods Carbon clearance test, dinitrofluorobenzene method and hemolysin method were used to observe phagocytic function, delayed-type allergic reaction and antibody production of phagocyte in tumor-bearing mice. Results Xiaowu pill intragastrically administered once a day for 2 weeks, 10g / kg group of mice with tumor-bearing mice significantly increased phagocytic index (P <0.05); 5 and 10g / kg group tumor-bearing small Delayed-onset allergic reaction was enhanced (P <0.01), and hemolysin was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyao pill can enhance non-specific immune, cellular immunity and humoral immune function in mice.
