心肌显象是一种体外探测心肌细胞损伤和心肌供血不足的无创伤检查方法。近年来,99mTc-TEBO作为一种新的心肌显象剂已受到人们的关注。本实验对TEBO进行标记,并且观察标记时间、标记后放置时间、标记体积、药盒放置时间以及不同的固定相对放化纯度的影响,以评价其对临床应用的指导意义。
Myocardial imaging is a non-invasive method of detecting cardiomyocyte damage and myocardial insufficiency in vitro. In recent years, 99mTc-TEBO has attracted people’s attention as a new myocardial imaging agent. In this experiment, TEBO was labeled, and the effects of labeling time, time after labeling, labeling volume, time of cartridge placement and different fixed relative radiochemical purity were observed to evaluate its clinical significance.
