本文对GCr15二辊开坯机用Φ175×254轧辊的表面爆裂原因进行了分析。爆裂是由于热处理后轧辊内的残余应力在轧制负荷所产生的附加应力迭加作用下所产生的一种疲劳破坏。 消除爆裂的措施是增加淬透层深度,降低非金属夹什物,减少裂纹的长度及尽量降低钢中氢含量,使氢的偏聚浓度降低。 文章推荐的新材料与工艺路线为: 钢种:9W_2SiMnMoWA 工艺路线:冶炼→电渣→锻造→去氢气退火→粗加工→最终热处理→精加工。
In this paper, GCr15 two-roll open machine with Φ175 × 254 roll surface burst causes were analyzed. Burst is due to heat treatment after the residual stress in the rolling load generated by the additional stress superimposed by a fatigue damage generated. Elimination of burst measures are to increase the depth of hardened layer, reducing non-metallic objects, reducing the length of the crack and minimize the hydrogen content of steel, the concentration of hydrogen partial polymerization decreased. The article recommended new materials and process routes: steel: 9W_2SiMnMoWA process route: smelting → electroslag → forging → de hydrogen annealing → roughing → final heat treatment → finishing.
