This article describes a simplified method for calculating the integral of the radiation from a reflector antenna in connection with the caliber field method (AFM) or the inductive current method (ICM). This method includes a linear approximation of the phase function and the approximation error into the amplitude function, then rewriting the integral as a slow-change function times the phase index. The slow-change function uses a polynomial expansion for the radial direction and a tangential direction for the expansion using a trigonometric function whose expansion coefficient is determined by the point on the caliber (which corresponds to the actual distribution). The corresponding point is similar to the two-dimensional integral way to choose.
