为探讨行动导向教学在实训技能肌内注射教学中的应用效果,将80名高职护生随机分成试验组(38人)和对照组(42人)。对照组应用传统的护理操作教学方法教学;试验组实施行动导向教学,即在教学前将肌内注射操作分为判断分析和操作处理2个阶段安排学生进行准备,分2次完成实训教学。结果显示,试验组学生单元考核成绩总分及操作技能得分与选择分析得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。由此得出结论,行动导向教学可提高高职护生《常用护理技术》实训技能的教学效果。
To explore the effect of action oriented teaching in intramuscular injection training, 80 high vocational nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group (38 persons) and control group (42 persons). The control group applied the traditional nursing teaching method. The experimental group implemented the action-oriented teaching. That is, the intramuscular injection operation was divided into two phases, that is, the judgment analysis and the operation and treatment. The results showed that the test group student unit test score and operation skill score and select analysis score were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). It concludes that the action-oriented teaching can improve the teaching effect of “common nursing skills” training skills of nursing students in higher vocational schools.
