Alloy bainite ductile iron has a good overall mechanical properties, and has high wear resistance, is ideal for the manufacture of pipe roller material. Tests and production proved that the alloy ductile iron roll doubled the life of GCr15 steel roll, while the cost is down 20 to 30%.
