人类脑血管疾病发病率日益增加,其中缺血性脑血管病所占比例较大,因此关于大脑中动脉闭塞(Middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)的研究以及总结显得格外重要。目前线栓法制备MCAO大鼠模型被广泛接受、肯定和使用,但不同研究者根据需要在制作模型过程中进行了多方面改进。笔者就大鼠年龄与体重、麻醉剂的选择、线栓制备方法、切口位置、是否阻断PPA、线栓插入方法、插线深度、进线后是否缝合再抽线以及缺血时间的问题进行探讨和分析。
The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases is increasing day by day, and the proportion of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases is relatively large. Therefore, the research and summary of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) are of special importance. At present, the MCAO rat model is widely accepted, affirmed and used by the suture method, but different researchers make various improvements in the process of making the model according to the needs. The author discusses the age and body weight of rats, the choice of anesthetic agent, the method of preparation of the thread, the location of the incision, whether to block the PPA, the method of inserting the thread, the depth of the thread insertion, the suture re-aspiration and the ischemic time after entering the thread And analysis.
