通过单柱离子色谱法,能够对有机阴离子、无机阴离子、有机酸、无机阴阳离子等进行同时测定,凭借着测定优势在众多领域中被广泛应用。低压离子色谱的出现,实现了在低压状态下的工作,降低了测定成本,减少了工作噪音及泄露可能性,实现了良好的效益。在本文中,主要针对低压离子色谱单柱法测定阴离子的实验分析及利用人工神经网络建立离子色谱保留模型进行研究,从而更好的把握低压离子色谱单柱法测定阴离子方法及离子色谱保留模型的应用。
By single-column ion chromatography, organic anions, inorganic anions, organic acids, inorganic anions and the like can be simultaneously measured, and it has been widely used in many fields due to its advantages in measurement. The emergence of low pressure ion chromatography, to achieve the work under low pressure state, reducing the measurement costs, reducing the working noise and the possibility of leakage, and achieved good benefits. In this paper, mainly for low pressure ion chromatography single-column method for the determination of anions in the experimental analysis and artificial neural network established ion chromatographic retention model for better understanding of the low-pressure ion chromatography single column method for the determination of anion and ion chromatography retention model application.
