目的:评估马齿苋醇提物对辐照所致小鼠骨髓抑制的影响及其抗氧化活性。方法:以80%乙醇提取制备马齿苋醇提物;单独灌胃给予马齿苋醇提物或与地榆生白片联合应用,观察其对Co60辐照损伤小鼠外周血白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(HGB),骨髓中有核细胞数量、血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:马齿苋醇提物单独灌胃给予即可提高血液中SOD活力,降低MDA含量,但对骨髓抑制作用不明显;其与地榆生白片合用则在提高血液WBC及PLT中显示一定的协同作用,与单独使用地榆生白片相比有显著性差异。结论:马齿苋醇提物具有较好的抗过氧化作用,可在一定程度降低电离辐射引起的骨髓抑制,提示马齿苋在改善辐射所致机体过氧化及引发的多种病理改变中具有潜在的应用价值。但抗过氧化和改善骨髓抑制之间是否有因果关系,或这种关联的程度均尚需更多研究。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of purslane alcohol extract on radiation-induced myelosuppression in mice and its anti-oxidative activity. Methods: The extract of purslane was prepared by 80% ethanol extraction. The extract of purslane was orally administered either alone or in combination with radix burlissima to observe its effect on WBC, , Erythrocytes (RBC), platelets (PLT), hemoglobin (HGB), the number of nucleated cells in bone marrow, the activity of blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) Results: The oral administration of purslane alcohol extract could increase the activity of SOD in blood and decrease the content of MDA, but had no obvious inhibitory effect on myelosuppression. Conclusion: The purslane alcohol extract has a good anti-peroxidation effect, which can reduce the bone marrow suppression induced by ionizing radiation to a certain extent, suggesting that purslane has the effect of improving the peroxidation and various pathological changes caused by radiation Potential application value. However, there is a causal link between anti-peroxidation and improving myelosuppression, or the extent of this association needs more research.
