衡量高等师范院校音乐教育专业培养的人才是否合格,标准有很多。但归结起来也很简单,即看学生毕业后是否能胜任中等学校(包括初、高中甚至小学)的音乐教学工作。在审美体验中学习,在合作交流中发展;注重学生全面音乐素质的培养,接触不同类型的音乐作品;提倡技术为音乐服务,采用情感体验的教学方式,培养学生的学习主动性,提高其感悟力、表现力、鉴赏力、创造力。这些应该是现代教育理念所包含的内容。当然,有了现代理念,还必须要注意正确的教学方式、方法。
