目的:观察运用双歧四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散的方法治疗小儿腹泻疗效。方法:随机抽取我院2015年5月至2016年9月期间接受双歧四联活菌片治疗的小儿腹泻患儿30例(A对照组),接受蒙脱石散治疗的小儿腹泻患儿30例(B对照组),接受双歧四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗的小儿腹泻患儿30例(观察组)作为研究对象,比较三组患儿的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组患儿的大便性状恢复时间、大便次数恢复时间及体温恢复时间均比A、B对照组患者短,P<0.05,比较差异具有统计学意义;A、B对照组患者的各项恢复时间比较结果无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:双歧四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效较为显著,比两种药物单独治疗的效果更佳,能快速促进患儿恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the use of bifidobacterium tetanus live monocytogenes combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with diarrhea. Methods: Thirty children with infantile diarrhea (A control group) treated with live bifidobacteria from May 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected randomly. Children with infantile diarrhea treated with montmorillonite powder (B control group) and 30 infants with diarrhea (observation group) treated with bifidobacterium viable tablet combined with montmorillonite powder were selected as research objects to compare the therapeutic effect of three groups of children. Results: After treatment, stool recovery time, stool frequency recovery time and body temperature recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the A and B control groups, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant; in the control group The recovery time comparison results were not statistically significant, P> 0.05. CONCLUSION: Bifidobacterium quadricepsis combined with montmorillonite powder is effective in treating children with diarrhea. It is more effective than the two drugs in treating diarrhea. It can quickly promote the recovery of children and is worthy of clinical application.
