分析了纯钛的磨削工艺,给出了用电解—不织布复合加工法对纯钛进行磨削的原理;并用正交试验与单因素试验相结合的方法,对降低钛工件表面粗糙度的工艺参数进行了优化.克服了用刚性磨削引起的各种表面质量问题,提高了磨削效率.
