计算机用铝合金磁盘板的生产工艺,对其组织和性能有明显影响,尤其中温压延后,板材的最终退火温度,其影响程度更为强烈。研究表明,最终退火温度对磁盘板组织的影响分为三个阶段;(1)温度低于250℃时为带有变形的纤维状组织阶段,(2)温度高于250℃而低于450℃,为完全再结晶的等轴细晶阶段,(3)温度高于450℃,为等轴粗晶或局部有大晶粒阶段。退火温度对內应力、车削加工垂直度偏差、重量损失及对室温拉伸性能的影响,与组织的三阶段变化相对应,即第一、二阶段性能差些,第三阶段性能优良。
The production process of the computer aluminum alloy disk plate has a significant impact on its organization and properties, especially after the intermediate temperature rolling, the final annealing temperature of the plate, the impact is more intense. The results show that the influence of the final annealing temperature on the disk structure is divided into three stages: (1) the fibrous tissue phase with deformation below 250 ℃, (2) the temperature above 250 ℃ and below 450 ℃ , Complete equiaxed fine-grained recrystallization stage, (3) the temperature is higher than 450 ℃, coarse equiaxed or locally coarse grain stage. The effects of annealing temperature on internal stress, vertical deviation of turning machining, weight loss and tensile properties at room temperature correspond to the three-phase changes of the structure, namely, the first and second phases have poor performance and the third phase has excellent performance.
