Determination of natural geological samples of oxygen and carbon stable isotope ratio can understand the geological history of the ancient temperature changes, in the study of earthquakes to know some of the anomalies of groundwater is also significant. The extraction of oxygen in the trace water of the inclusion body using the BrF_5 method has the advantages that the yield of oxygen is high and the amount of the sample is small (about 10 μl or so)
