以“蓝丰”和“杜克”蓝莓植株为试材,以深色有隔内生真菌(DSE)M223为接种剂,通过对比研究了在大田栽培中接种M223真菌对2个品种蓝莓果实品质的影响。结果表明:接种M223真菌显著提高果实的单果质量、纵径和横径,“蓝丰”和“杜克”蓝莓单果质量分别增加13.00%和10.61%,表现出良好的增产效果,提前了果实的成熟期;果实中矿质元素、花色苷、可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量和糖酸比均有不同程度的提高。说明接种M223真菌能够提高“蓝丰”和“杜克”蓝莓植株根系的菌根侵染率,改善根系对水和矿质营养元素的吸收与利用,促进蓝莓植株的生长和果实中矿质营养元素的积累,改善了果实的品质。
