目的评价发光二极管荧光染色法(简称LED法)与萋-尼氏抗酸染色法(简称Z-N法)查找痰中结核杆菌的差异。方法对1 168份痰标本分别进行萋-尼氏抗酸染色和荧光染色检测,比较2种方法检查结核杆菌的阳性检出率、读片时间、褪色速度等方面的差异。结果 LED法检测结果与Z-N法检测结果的符合率为99.1%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),另有11份用Z-N法染色检测为阴性的标本其荧光染色检测为阳性,表明荧光染色检测方法具有更高的灵敏度,LED法的读片时间明显短于Z-N法。结论 LED法具有读片时间短、灵敏度较高、操作步骤简单等特点,在基层痰检室对肺结核患者的发现具有一定优势,适合在临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the difference of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum by fluorescence staining of LED (referred to as LED) and 萋-Nisshore acid-fast staining (Z-N). Methods A total of 1 168 sputa samples were tested for anti-acid and acid-fast staining, and the difference of positive detection rate, read time and fading speed between the two methods were compared. Results The coincidence rate between LED test and ZN test was 99.1%, there was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). Another 11 samples which were negative by ZN staining were positive by fluorescence staining, Show that the fluorescent staining detection method has higher sensitivity, LED reading time was significantly shorter than the ZN method. Conclusion LED method has the advantages of short reading time, high sensitivity and simple operation steps. It has some advantages in the detection of tuberculosis patients in the sputum examination room at primary level, and is suitable for clinical promotion.
