目的探讨药品零售企业药品不良反应监测工作中存在的问题及制约因素,探索监测工作的方法和规律。方法根据工作实际进行总结性分析。结果药品零售企业在对药品不良反应监测工作中报告率低、报告质量不高,原因是认知度低和存在认识误区、获得药品不良反应信息的渠道单一、驻店药师对药品不良反应监测工作把握不准。应加强宣传培训,消除认识误区;积极收集所经营药品的不良反应病例报告,及时反馈给当地药品不良反应监测中心;销售药品时,应向患者正确介绍药品的性能、用途、禁忌、不良反应和注意事项等内容,提醒患者注意药品不良反应的危害性。结论药品零售企业是药品不良反应报告制度实施的主体之一;药品不良反应监测工作是一项长期的复杂的社会系统工程,需要包括药品零售企业、用药人群、全民健康教育组织等配合才能达到良好的监测效果。
