随着人们生活水平的提高,对健身的认识更上一个新台阶,健身俱乐部已经深得人们的向往。本论文才用问卷调查、数理统计法等方法对西安市健身俱乐部经营现状进行调查研究,结果发现西安市健身俱乐部的规模主要以小型为主,且大都处于微盈利阶段。健身俱乐部的教练员的出外深造几率比较低,会员们的健身季节段也有很大的特定性,春季和夏季是人们参加锻炼的旺季。另外健身俱乐部的主要消费群体集中在31—40岁,他们在健身俱乐部训练主要是为了强身健体,其次是缓解压力。基于以上理论,提出有针对性的建议,旨在推进西安市体育产业的快速发展,满足群众科学健身健康生活的需求,进一步完善健身市场,为西安市俱乐部的发展提供借鉴。
As people’s living standards improve, the awareness of fitness to a new level, fitness club has won the people’s longing. This paper uses questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other methods to Xi’an City Health Club to conduct a survey of the status quo, Xi’an City, the results found that the size of the main fitness clubs mainly small, and most are in the micro-profit stage. Health club coaches are less likely to go abroad for further study, and their fitness season is also very specific. Spring and summer are the peak season for people to participate in the exercise. In addition, the main spending groups of fitness clubs are concentrated in 31-40 years old. The main training groups in fitness clubs are to keep fit, and secondly to relieve the pressure. Based on the above theories, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the rapid development of Xi’an sports industry, meet the needs of the masses for scientific and healthy life, further improve the fitness market and provide reference for the development of Xi’an club.
