针对汽车前保险杠模具曲面复杂、精度要求高和淬火后硬度高的技术难点,基于UG CAM系统,设计了相应的高速加工策略,采用米克朗HSM-60O型高速铣削加工中心,尽量保证恒定的切削载荷,使用非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)插补方法,依据模具材料选择了合适的刀具和高速加工工艺,最终使加工时间由120小时缩短到大约38小时,提高了综合加工效率和工件的整体质量。
