当今能源问题事关各国的安全与发展。本文通过对中俄能源合作的基础进行分析,剖析了中俄能源合作中出现的问题及其原因,从而提出推进中俄能源合作的对策建议。
Today’s energy issue is a matter of national security and development. Based on the analysis of the foundation of energy cooperation between China and Russia, this paper analyzes the problems and their causes in the energy cooperation between China and Russia and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote China-Russia energy cooperation.
