To recreate the vision of blind people who have completely lost their sight, somebody has explored it by the middle of this century. Experts note that most blind people, although not able to accept the light stimuli from the outside world, are still healthy in the visual cortex. As a result, they have developed the vision of directly stimulating the visual center of the brain and making the blind, except for the cortical blind. More than 40 years ago, German neurosurgical specialist Foster consciously stimulated the visual cortex when he was operated on under the patient’s local anesthetic. As a result, the patient felt a light spot. When repeatedly stimulating the visual cortex in the same area, the patient feels that there is a fixed spot of light in the center of his field of vision. Later, the view of neurophysiologist Peter Tilde et al
