文章以2010-2012年我国161家上市家族企业的面板数据为样本,以家族控股比例、企业业务范围以及家族企业控股股东个人能力等为“企业内剥夺”程度的计量因素,通过建立回归模型,分析我国家族企业“企业内剥夺”对职业经理人管理者权力的影响以及职业经理人管理者权力对企业绩效的影响。研究发现,我国家族企业职业经理人普遍缺失管理者权力。“企业内剥夺”与职业经理人管理者权力负相关,职业经理人管理者权力与企业绩效正相关。文章旨在揭示家族企业职业经理人管理者权力对公司治理效率的重要影响,从而为家族企业发挥职业经理人的作用、改进治理绩效提供依据。
Taking the panel data of 161 listed family-owned enterprises in China from 2010 to 2012 as a sample, the paper takes the proportion of family holding, the business scope of the enterprise and the individual ability of the controlling shareholder of the family-owned enterprises as the measurement factors of the degree of “deprivation in the enterprise” Model to analyze the influence of family business “deprivation within enterprise ” on the manager power of professional manager and the influence of professional manager ’s manager power on business performance. The study found that professional managers of family-owned enterprises in our country generally lack managers’ rights. “In-Deprivation ” is negatively related to the power of managers of professional managers, and the power of manager of professional managers is positively related to the performance of enterprises. The purpose of this article is to reveal the important influence of manager power of family business managers on the efficiency of corporate governance so as to provide the basis for family businesses to play the role of professional manager and improve the governance performance.
