建立包括非线性支撑刚度、时变齿轮啮合刚度、阻尼、齿侧间隙等变量的直升机面齿轮分扭传动系统模型对系统均载性能进行分析,并引入当量齿轮误差啮合原理将系统加工、安装所引起的误差进行综合考虑,误差是影响面齿轮分扭传动系统的主要因素,通过浮动支撑方法可以使传动系统均载性能提高,且提高单个误差对传动系统均载影响的影响不明显。
The model of helicopter gear split torque transmission system including nonlinear support stiffness, time-varying gear meshing stiffness, damping and flank clearance was established to analyze the load sharing performance of the system, and the equivalent gear error meshing principle was introduced to integrate the system processing and installation The error is the main factor that affects the split-torque transmission system of face gear. By means of the floating support method, the load-sharing performance of the transmission system can be improved, and the influence of single error on the load sharing of the transmission system is not obvious.
