宜DS在广州观察了两年,结果表明:它具有短光低温诱导不育长光高温诱导可育的特性,农艺性状处于籼粳之间,遗传基础比较复杂,欲转育稳定的不育系可能要较多的世代.在杂交稻华南双季制种区,低温诱导不育可以有效地抑制早晚稻在孕穗期因冷空气引起不育系的不育性改变,能保证双季制种成功.这一种质的利用,有可能使华南两季杂交稻育种发生较大的变革.
The results showed that DS had the ability of inducing fertility in short light and low temperature, and its agronomic traits were between indica and japonica. The genetic basis was rather complicated, and the male sterile line to be transferred and stable May have more generations. In hybrid rice South China double cropping system, low temperature induced sterility can effectively restrain the change of male sterility of early and late rice due to cold air at booting stage, which can ensure the success of double cropping system. This kind of qualitative utilization may make great changes in the hybrid rice breeding in southern China two seasons.
