采用淀粉型和非离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂对阿巴贾铁矿石进行了选择性絮凝研究,以确定絮凝剂类型的影响。结果表明,在选择性方面玉米淀粉略好于木薯淀粉,木薯淀粉又好于Suyerfloc16,工业用淀粉获得的结果最差。腐殖酸钠比硅酸钠表现出较好的分散性能,改善了絮凝结果。pH影响ζ电势、聚合物链构型,从而影响到选择性絮凝。总的结果表明,通过选择性絮凝来回收和分离这种极细的铁氧化物是可行的。
Selective and selective flocculation of Abajian iron ore with starch-based and non-ionic polyacrylamide flocculants was conducted to determine the effect of flocculant type. The results showed that corn starch was slightly better than tapioca starch in terms of selectivity, and tapioca starch was better than Suyerfloc 16, with industrial starch obtaining the worst results. Sodium humate showed better dispersibility than sodium silicate and improved flocculation results. pH affects the zeta potential, the polymer chain configuration, thereby affecting selective flocculation. The overall results show that it is feasible to recover and separate this very fine iron oxide by selective flocculation.
