本文报道利用蚕豆根尖微核技术研究流经山西省离石县的三川河上下游河水和相应地区井水的污染情况及致突变的危险性.为即将在该地区焦化厂提供本底资料。结果表明:三川河下游由于途小土焦等污染及南川河汇入,污染逐渐加重,微核率逐渐增加,并与COD、油类、有机物等成正相关(P<.05)。河水主要为生活污染。井水污染也为下游区重于上游区,可能除生活污染外,还受河水渗漏侧补给的影响。
This paper reports the use of Vicia faba root tip micronucleus technology to study the pollution of the upper and lower reaches of the Sanchuan River flowing through Lishi County, Shanxi Province and the corresponding well water pollution and the risk of mutation. Provide background information for coking plants in the region. The results showed that the pollution in the lower reaches of Sanchuan River was increased due to the coke and other pollution in the lower reaches of the Sanchuan River and the influx of the Nanchuan River. The micronuclei rate was gradually increased, and positively correlated with COD, oils and organic matter (P <.05). River water pollution mainly for life. Well water pollution is also heavier than the upper reaches of the downstream area, may be in addition to domestic pollution, but also affected by the leakage of water supply.
