目的 :对雷公藤多苷的三萜化合物进行分离鉴定和完善雷公藤多苷产品的质量控制标准。方法 :硅胶柱层析分离 ,理化常数和光谱数据确定三萜化合物的结构。结果 :分离纯化获得 10个三萜化合物 ,分别鉴定为雷公藤内酯甲 (1) ,雷公藤内酯乙 (2 ) ,regelin(3 ) ,demethylregelin(4) ,salaspermicacid(5 ) ,雷公藤酮 (6) ,cangoronine(7) ,3 hydroxy 2 oxo 3 fridelen 2 0α car boxylicacid(8) ,3 epikatonicacid(9) ,雷公藤三萜酸A(10 )。结论 :化合物 (3 ) ,(4) ,为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the triterpenoids of Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides and to improve the quality control standards of Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography, physicochemical constants and spectral data to determine the structure of triterpene compounds. Results: Ten triterpenoids were isolated and identified as triptolide (1), triptolide (2), regelin (3), demethylregelin (4), salaspermicacid ), cangoronine (7), 3 hydroxy 2 oxo 3 fridelen 2 0α car boxylicacid (8), 3 epikatonicacid (9), Tripterygium triterpenes A (10). Conclusion: Compounds (3) and (4) were isolated from this plant for the first time.
