本文从微合金钢中微合金碳氮化物在奥氏体中的溶解度角度出发,讨论了碳氮化物的溶解和析出问题。就溶解度和粗化行为,对各种析出相的相对效果作了分析。简单论述了微合金碳氮化物在抑制晶粒长大和再结晶中的作用。扼要说明了相间析出过程及其对强度的贡献。最后就如何按化学比量设计微合金钢成分做了讨论。
In this paper, we discuss the dissolution and precipitation of carbonitride from the viewpoint of the solubility of microalloyed carbonitride in austenite in microalloyed steel. The relative effects of various precipitates were analyzed in terms of solubility and coarsening behavior. The effect of microalloying carbonitride on grain growth and recrystallization is briefly discussed. Briefly explain the phase precipitation process and its contribution to the intensity. Finally, how to design the chemical composition of microalloyed steel was discussed.
