Terconazole 是一种新的用以局部治疗女阴阴道念珠菌病的抗真菌药。常用霜或栓剂。视剂型其疗程约1～7天。瑞士、丹麦,美国和联邦德国已在使用。但联邦德国卫生部已接到医生们应用单剂量Terconazole 160mg 发生流感样综合征的报告,综合征可能是变态反应(包括发热、寒战、头痛及低血压)所致。阴道内用药1小时内出现伴有寒战的流感样综合征,2小时后体温可达38～40.2℃.
Terconazole is a new antifungal for the topical treatment of vaginal candidiasis. Commonly used cream or suppository. Depending on the type of treatment of about 1 to 7 days.
