我国政府一直将食品安全放在民生民权的重要位置。将于2009年6月1日生效的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》(以下简称《食安法》)建立了适合我国国情的从源头到餐桌,食品准入、检验、追溯、召回、退出的一整套安全法律制度。
