目的建立珍珠母、石决明和牡蛎中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法供试品经微波消解后,以铟为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定。结果各元素在相应范围内的线性良好(r>0.999)、精密度好(RSD<4%,n=6),其回收率为92.7%~107.9%。结论所用方法检出限低、简便快捷、准确可靠,可用于贝壳类药材中各元素含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in pearl oyster, stone cassia and oyster. Methods After the samples were digested by microwave, indium was used as an internal standard and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results The linearity of each element in the corresponding range was good (r> 0.999). The precision was good (RSD <4%, n = 6). The recoveries ranged from 92.7% to 107.9%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of low detection limit, simple, quick, accurate and reliable. It can be used to determine the content of each element in shellfish medicines.
