In this paper, the factors that affect the turbidity of benzyl alcohol injection and Tween 80 injection were studied, including the time, temperature, the concentration of benzyl alcohol and Tween 80, and the presence of electrolytes such as sodium chloride. Determined the various components in different concentrations of surface tension reduction and the Tan point and other data, and injection prescription (formula) of the issue were discussed.
