本文介绍了用高模量低线膨胀系数聚合物松包的光纤,并探讨了机械特性,以及热和光学特性。松包管所用材料为高取向聚氧甲基。是在电介质加热下张力拉伸各向同性聚氧甲基管而制出的。取向聚氧甲基给出的杨氏模量为20-40GPa,线膨胀系数约为10~(-5)~10~(-5)℃~(-1)。由于这种材料线膨胀系数低, 取向聚氧甲基松包光纤在-60~+80℃温室范围,不会因松包管热收缩引起光纤弯曲而产生低温附加损耗。
This article describes the use of high modulus low coefficient of linear expansion polymer loose packets of optical fiber, and discusses the mechanical properties, as well as thermal and optical properties. Pineal tube material used for the highly oriented polyoxymethyl. Tensile drawing isotropic polyoxymethylene tube under dielectric heating. Orientation polyoxymethyl gives Young’s modulus of 20-40GPa, linear expansion coefficient of about 10 ~ (-5) ~ 10 ~ (-5) ℃ -1. Due to the low coefficient of linear expansion of this material, oriented polyoxymethyl pine fiber in the temperature range of -60 ~ +80 ℃, will not shrink due to loose tube heat shrinkage resulting fiber low temperature additional loss.
