上海某写字楼为地上26层、地下3层,建筑高度125m的超高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。采用SATWE、PMSAP、ETABS进行多遇地震作用和风荷载作用下的计算分析,最终采用SATWE程序中的弹性时程分析进行补充验算。计算结果表明该结构满足规范的各项要求,在地震作用下结构具有较好的承载和变形能力,达到了抗震设防目标。
An office building in Shanghai is a super high-rise building with 26 floors above ground, 3 floors underground and 125 meters building height. It adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. SATWE, PMSAP and ETABS were used to carry out the analysis of earthquake and wind load. Finally, the elastic time history analysis in SATWE program was used to supplement the checking calculation. The calculation results show that the structure meets the requirements of the code, and the structure has better bearing capacity and deformation capacity under the action of earthquake, reaching the goal of seismic fortification.
