目的:通过动物实验评估99mTc-C50与67Ga在人体主要器官的辐射吸收剂量,并比较分析99mTc-C50的辐射安全性。方法:分别将99mTc-C50与67Ga通过静脉注射注入2组小鼠体内,按时间顺序分别处死小鼠,并测量各器官放射性计数,由Dvalue软件推算人体各器官辐射吸收剂量。结果:获得99mTc-C50和67Ga在人体各器官的辐射吸收剂量,并得到初步验证。结论:99mTc-C50有较理想的体内分布和代谢特性,吸收剂量较低,是非常安全的肿瘤放射免疫显像剂。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the radiation dose of 99mTc-C50 and 67Ga in human body by animal experiments and to compare the radiation safety of 99mTc-C50. Methods: Two groups of mice were injected with 99mTc-C50 and 67Ga by intravenous injection. The mice were sacrificed in chronological order. The radioactivity of each organ was measured. Dvalue software was used to calculate the radiation dose of each organ. Results: Radiation absorbed doses of 99mTc-C50 and 67Ga in human organs were obtained and preliminary verified. Conclusion: 99mTc-C50 has ideal in vivo distribution and metabolic characteristics, low absorption dose, is a very safe tumor radioimmunoimaging agent.
