在厚煤层巷道掘进施工过程中,掘进巷道属于煤巷,由于煤自身黏聚力较小,煤层之间构造应力大,在巷道掘进支护过程中很容易造成顶板垮塌,发生滑落、塌方等事故。南阳坡煤矿8#煤层平均煤厚6.64 m,属厚煤层。选取408盘区回风巷为研究对象,首先,通过对巷道断面形式的合理选择对巷道支护进行优化设计;其次,采取现场监测巷道围岩变形的分析方法确定优化设计的实际可行性。
In the process of roadway driving in thick coal seam, driving roadway belongs to coal roadway. Due to its small self-cohesion and large structural stress between coal seams, it is easy to cause roof collapse, slipping, landslide and other accidents in roadway driving and supporting process . Nangyangpo Coal Mine 8 # average coal thickness of 6.64 m, is a thick seam. Firstly, the optimal design of the roadway is carried out through the reasonable choice of the cross-section of the roadway. Secondly, the analysis of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is taken to confirm the practical feasibility of the optimal design.
